href=\"https:\/\/capvisory.de\/de\/january-2025\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">January 2025<\/a> (4 months) and outline below how the raised capital is allocated across regions and industries.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-5b427e9 elementor-widget__width-initial elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-end=\"43\">Private Equity Remains U.S.-Dominated<br \/><br \/><\/h2><p>Since October, we have tracked 55 new private equity (PE) funds with a combined volume of $114.9 billion. This explains why many world-class founders, innovative companies, and even <a href=\"https:\/\/www.handelsblatt.com\/unternehmen\/management\/firmen-deshalb-kaufen-deutsche-unternehmen-massiv-in-den-usa-zu\/100105880.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">German DAX corporations<\/a> are increasingly focusing on the U.S. to benefit from its superior business and financing environment.<\/p><p data-start=\"578\" data-end=\"612\"><strong data-start=\"583\" data-end=\"610\">2. Investor Perspective<br \/><\/strong>The U.S. not only boasts a high concentration of top talent and a strong entrepreneurial culture but also an immense accumulation of capital. This is already evident in public markets, where <strong data-start=\"804\" data-end=\"835\">74% of the MSCI World Index<\/strong> is made up of U.S. stocks (as of February 2025). A similar trend can be seen in private markets &#8211; U.S. private equity funds seem further strengthen their dominance, potentially sidelining other regions.<\/p><p data-start=\"1041\" data-end=\"1093\"><strong>3. Macro-Economic Implications for Europe<br \/><\/strong>While Europe has a strong industrial backbone and a resilient mid-sized business sector, it often lacks <span data-start=\"1198\" data-end=\"1218\">flexible capital<\/span> for growth financing, restructurings, and innovation.
